General Description: A shorter ride, with some good quality trails that are ridable all year round. Be aware of other trail users..

Time to allow: Between 2 and 3 hours.
Other Notes: Climb to Long Heights then descend to Belle Grange on the first lap, follow this round to High Wray and climb up again, following the track right to Colthouse. CLokclwise loop then back round to Long Heights and back on the ingress route.
